COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Wondering what to expect when you book an appointment with us?

Please read through our set of  COVID-19 protocols before booking.

  •  IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH US, OR IF YOU BEGIN TO FEEL UNWELL PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IMMEDIATELY.

    • (All cancellation fees will be waved at this time.)

  • Please arrive ON TIME, no earlier, we want to be able to minimize as much contact as possible between clients entering and exiting the salon.

    • You may have to wait outside or in your car until you are able to enter the salon as we are without a receptionist (except Saturday's), we will do our best to be on time but we need to make sure that everything is properly sanitized and re-set for you.

  • It is required that you wear a mask to your appointment or any time you are entering the salon.

    • If you do not have a mask we will have disposable ones on site for a fee.

  • PLEASE DO NOT bring anyone with you, we are only allowed a certain number of people in the salon at a time.

  • Come caffeinated (hydrated) and full - there will be NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS allowed.

    • Refreshments are unfortunately not available at this time.

  • Please limit the amount of personal belongings you bring to the studio, please try your best to only bring your method of payment & your cellphone.

  • As you enter the salon there will be a sanitation station available to you to sanitize your hands.

  • MOST IMPORTANTLY, we are no longer permitting clients in the shop if they have travelled outside of North Western Ontario within 14 days of their appointment. If you show up for appointment you will be turned away.
